We are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail oriented Senior Accountant to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Clearwater, FL. A critical role, this person supports all business units through the preparation of financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepares and analyzes a variety of detailed accounting, statistical, and/or narrative financial statements.
- Analysis of all general ledger accounts and activities and account sub-systems such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory/fixed assets, and revenues.
- Performs month end analysis to include reviewing assigned general ledger accounts, and error correction, working cross-functionally with operating departments to ensure complete accuracy.
- Provides functional supervision and oversight of accounts payable and receivable, monitors all work for accuracy and processes audit trail reports.
- Performs complex bank or investment account reconciliation, verifying accuracy of recorded transactions; prepares related worksheets, cash balances, proofs and other schedules.
- Prepares and analyzes management reports to support the overall business, providing accurate and timely information to senior management enabling them to make better informed decisions for the Company.
- Develops spreadsheets programs/models and reports for various accounting analysis (including monthly and quarterly financial reports).
- Reviews, tracks and analyze projects costs.
Skills and Abilities:
- CPA preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sales tax experience
- Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite.
- Excels in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment with tight deadlines and high service level expectations.

About the Role
We are currently on the lookout for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will coordinate with the CEO to make all executive decisions with regard to the technological interests of the company. This position is responsible for outlining Upexi and its subsidiaries’ technological vision and strategies, and ensure that the technological resources are aligned with the company’s business needs. This position is also responsible for delivering optimal return on investment and maintain utmost security.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with members of the executive team to identify ways IT can assist the company in achieving business and financial goals.
- Develop a dashboard system for operational KPI’s to measure immediate performance and enable executives and managers to make quick decisions and keep performance of the business running as expected.
- Drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent throughout the organization.
- Focus on a data driven environment to improve reporting and revenue growth opportunities across all brands and sales channels.
- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices among partners and colleagues to help establish a robust digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate with department heads, accounting, marketing, production, and operations as an advisor of all technologies involved with the company.
- Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-term plans and budgets based upon the larger organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage the technology resources and provide guidance and support to leadership and employees.
- Evaluate how technology investments can make departments more efficient and cost effective, while also providing the executives estimates and actual results on the ROI for technology projects.
- Develop strategic plans and set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services.
- Ensure that IT and network infrastructure adequately support the company’s computing data processing, and communications needs.
- Develop and implement the IT budget.
- Communicate goals, projects, and timelines of the company to the department; plan ways to execute those goals within the department.
- Establish long-term IT needs and plans and develops strategies for developing systems and acquiring software and hardware necessary to meet those needs.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations that apply to systems operations.
- Work closely with Human Resources to attract and retain top talent, and to build digital capabilities across the company.

About the Role
We are currently on the lookout for an Email Marketing Manager with Klaviyo experience to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Clearwater, FL. Reporting to the Vice President of Brand Development, this is a critical role in our marketing organization. Working cross-functionally across all brands and categories, the email marketing manager will support the category leads in executing their overall GTM strategy, growing our customer lists, managing segmentation, flows, and ultimately driving revenue through the email channel.
About You
Data-driven, customer obsessed, you understand how to drive revenue and brand affinity and loyalty, leveraging email and SMS marketing. With minimal direction, you will be a channel leader, designing and executing the strategy while meeting and beating KPIs and channel revenue goals. A team player, you are agile and capable of working across multiple categories, customizing and optimizing your strategy to the most valuable consumers aligned to the category heads’ overall brand vision. Additionally, you will work with other consumer touchpoint teams (social, web, marketplace) to create a seamless omnichannel ecosystem, maximizing campaign effectiveness across all channels.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- 3-7 years’ experience managing a consumer email/SMS program, with proven revenue growth (health & wellness or pet experience a plus)
- Must have Klaviyo and Shopify experience. (Knock out requirement)

- Proven experience writing copy that converts

About the Role
We are currently on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager, Health & Wellness to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Clearwater, FL. Reporting to the Vice President of Brand Development and working closely with our Health & Wellness brand champions, this is a dynamic role, critical to our health and wellness brands’ overall eCommerce growth with a heavy focus on organic channels, website management and optimization, and content strategy/execution.
About You
Ideally you have proven experience scaling a health & wellness eCommerce brand, or an adjacent regulated industry. Hands-on experience managing eCommerce websites to include digital merchandising, SEO, landing page creation and optimization, performance monitoring, and journey optimization. A firm understanding of multichannel campaign planning, management, and performance analysis (partnering with media buyers, email marketing managers, and other marketing resources) to create cohesive and effective consumer experiences that convert.
- 3-7 years’ eCommerce experience (health & wellness or regulated industry preferred)
- Product marketing experience, from packaging to messaging to launch planning
- Shopify Plus experience preferred
- Own all digital merchandising including product loads, upsell/cross-sell optimizations, and improvements based on product and category page performance
- Will own keyword target, ranking performance, and on page and off page SEO tactical plan to drive growth through organic search
- Regularly perform competitive analysis
- Firm understanding of digital KPIs, and able to turn insights into actionable optimization and growth plans (experience working with a subscription/re-occurring revenue model preferred)
- Monitor Semrush performance reports and respond quickly to any errors or performance dips
- Able to clearly articulate direction and maintain brand standards to internal and external designers
- Experience building brands through social media (community growth/management, influencer marketing, content strategy, etc)
- Experience with data, website optimization, and content tools/methodologies such as: Semrush, Glew, Google Analytics (GA4), heatmap analysis, user testing, and content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut
- Leverage website data to continually improve UI/UX, driving higher add to cart, CR, AOV, lower bounce rates, and improve overall website performance and incremental revenue growth
- Able to facilitate VOC feedback loop, providing brand and product team’s with relevant data across all internal and external sources to help drive product and overall brand strategy
- Strategic storyteller able to effectively craft long and short form copy for multiple channels
